At ThriveWell365, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days to decide whether you want to keep it.
You may choose to receive either:

Exclusions from the 100% 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to:

Goods or services purchased from third-party vendors, partner stores, or linked sites.

Products that have been damaged or misused after receipt.

Customized products made to order.

Delivery fees and shipping costs.

Cases of abuse or misuse of the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Product Returns to ThriveWell365 for Refund or Credit
To return a ThriveWell365 product (or an unused portion of it) for a refund or credit, please follow the steps listed in the Returns Process section below.

Guarantee and Warranties
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for major defects or failures.

Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Repair or replacement if the product is of unacceptable quality and the issue does not qualify as a major failure.
These guarantees are in addition to the ThriveWell365 100% 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and any other statutory or implied warranties available under consumer protection laws.
Exclusions from Guarantees and Warranties
Guarantees and warranties do not cover:

Damage or misuse of the product after receipt.

Issues resulting from improper handling, storage, or use.
Additional Warranties
Some ThriveWell365 products come with additional written warranties, including:
Home Appliances

Covered by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.

If the product becomes faulty within the warranty period, return it for repair or replacement.
One-Year Warranty
ThriveWell365 warrants new mechanical devices for one year from the original purchase date. If any covered device becomes defective within the warranty period, ThriveWell365 will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product upon proof of purchase.
Returns Process
Step 1: Download & Complete the Product Return Form

Request for a Product Return Form and save a copy for your records.

Print a copy to include in your return package.
Step 2: Prepare the Product for Return

Place the completed Product Return Form inside a securely sealed carton along with the product(s) being returned.
Step 3: Generate a Return Shipping Label

Use the information given by ThriveWell365 support team to locate your nearest drop-off point and print your return shipping label.
Step 4: Ship Your Return

Take the securely packed return to your designated ParcelPoint drop-off location or business center.
Step 5: Track Your Return

Use the tracking number provided to monitor your return.
Step 6: Refund or Credit Processing

Once the return is received and processed, ThriveWell365 will issue a credit based on your preference.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund or credit has been completed.
